The chair’s all-tubular design is constructed from round 16-gauge steel, securely attached to the shell with four concealed machine rivets for a seamless look. A standard chrome finish, applied at 4-6 mils, offers exceptional durability, withstanding 22 hours of rigorous CASS testing per ATSM B 368—outperforming industry standards by 25-50%. Additionally, standard powder-coated finishes help conceal fingerprints and provide enhanced wear resistance.
